Soulwrit provides personalized daily astrology and numerology readings, delivered by email and viewable in your online portal, based on the birth information you provide at signup. Content is generated for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, financial, or psychological advice.
Soulwrit offers Monthly, Annual, and Premium subscription plans, each beginning with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged according to your selected plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
Optional add-ons, such as Cosmic Plus, may be purchased at any time and will be billed alongside your existing subscription. Add-ons can be cancelled independently by contacting support.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund charges already processed. Because Soulwrit provides ongoing access to a digital content service rather than a one-time purchase, we generally do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at soulwrit.hq@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, and we will review your request in good faith.
Soulwrit uses passwordless "magic link" login sent to the email address on file. It is your responsibility to maintain access to that email account. If you lose access to your email, contact soulwrit.hq@gmail.com for manual account recovery.
Astrology, numerology, and related content are provided for entertainment and reflective purposes. Soulwrit makes no claims regarding the predictive accuracy of any reading and is not responsible for decisions made based on its content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Soulwrit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
